Mae Hoover is a Master Laffologist and  story teller.

Mae is a graduate of University of North Texas in Denton, Texas. She is a Fort Worth native, graduate of Trimble Tech High School. She is an Advanced Toastmaster. 

She is a former missionary, school teacher, pastor’s wife, business owner, entrepreneur, wife of 55 years, mother of 3, grandmother of 5.

Mae is an elected member of the National Association of Professional Women and was named Woman of the Year 2010/2011.  NAPW is a network of professional women supporting each other, educating and awarding scholarships to worthy women.

She is an active member of the Speaker Co-op, which is a group of speakers supporting one another.

Plaid for Women is a group that meets monthly for Connecting, Collaborating and Creating.
